Foods from Around the World: Sushi

I ordered a platter of sushi for my students to try. I sent a note home to parents to notify them that it was happening and asked them to tick all types of sushi their child was permitted to taste. This was important as I have students in my class with special dietary needs.
I ordered the sushi from Cherry Blossom, a South Australian sushi bar. They were very helpful and accommodating. They made sure the platter had all sorts of different sushi, so my students were able to try lots of different flavours.

I was able to use my class budget to pay for the platter, however if each student paid $2, this would be very manageable if you are not able to use a class budget.
